1. Introduction

This website is operated by Loom & Latch Pty Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Loom & Latch Pty Ltd. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

  • Prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on local courier availability.

4. Cooling-Off Period and Returns (CPA & ECTA)

  • Cooling-off: You are entitled to cancel any purchase within 5 days of receiving the goods without reason, as per the ECTA. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

  • Defective Goods: If a product is defective, you may return it within 6 months for a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

  • Exclusions: Items that are personalized or hygiene-sensitive may not be eligible for the 5-day cooling-off return.

PRIVACY POLICY (POPIA COMPLIANCE)
